This group breathwork class is designed for anyone looking to destress, relax, and gain mental clarity. Through guided circular connected breathing, soundbowls, and mindful meditation, participants will discover how to calm their mind, release tension, and improve overall well-being. *No Refunds for Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops! Incase of emergency, please email me and we can credit you for a future session. *If payment is required before the event and Intuit cancels, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
